Welcome to our Telehealth Coaching Program! Use your computer (with a camera and microphone) or download the Simple Practice Telehealth App to your device *listed below. Reach out to your coach by sending a DM through the portal or Text us for help. We offer virtual evaluations and follow up appts for both you and your child, right from the comfort of your own home. If you want an evaluation, you'll receive a Telehealth kit delivered straight to your doorstep. This kit includes all the necessary tools for you to take photos and videos required for the evaluation. Under the guidance of your MyoFunctional Coach, you'll also be able to take measurements during the session. Moreover, the kit contains various therapy tools essential for your follow-up appointments. We'll send it out to you as soon as your paperwork is complete.

 

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns along the way. Here are a few things to ensure a smooth telehealth session: Ensure a distraction-free environment with good lighting. The patient (and or parent) should be able to sit in a chair with feet on the floor, maintaining good posture. For children, having a parent present is necessary. A stable internet connection or the ability to use a hotspot is necessary. If your little one is the patient, sharing videos can greatly assist in the evaluation process.
